wonderful views, but noisy nights

The hotel boasts beautiful views of the ocean, making mornings delightful. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great service throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by noisy neighbors who played loud music late into the night. It made it hard to enjoy a peaceful sleep after my long drive.

Dealing with the air conditioning was a headache, as it only heated the room rather than cool it down, leaving the space muggy. The TV screen had noticeable white spots, and maintenance did little to resolve it, claiming it was a known issue. Room service was a problem too. when I tried to order food, the staff insisted I pay upfront, which felt off. The breakfast experience was chaotic, with overcrowding making it hard to find a table and the food quality questionable. Cucumber in the salad was slimy by the end of my stay, and they had a bad habit of recycling leftovers for the next meal.

The room had comfortable beds, while the bathroom smelled unpleasant.

The location is great, facilities are decent, spa services exceptional, and the room was clean with an amazing view. However, expect some service delays during your stay.

Recommend it for couples

The room was spacious and had a separate lounge where we could unwind. It had a beautiful sea view that was relaxing. One night, we sat on the balcony and just soaked in the sounds of the ocean, it was a great escape from reality!

It wasn’t cheap, but for the experience, it was still acceptable.

The location near the ocean is a remarkable feature, offering beautiful views that enhance the stay. The soundproofed conference room is equipped with the latest audiovisual technology, facilitating effective meetings. Additionally, the staff in guest relations demonstrate exceptional service, making the experience more enjoyable despite other shortcomings.

The check-in process was slow and inefficient.
